End User License Agreement

Effective date: September 7, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Niyat Studio and governs your use of the Ryce app. It supplements the Terms of Use.

License

Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Ryce on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Ryce’s source code except where applicable law permits those actions despite this restriction.

Ownership

Ryce, including its software, design, trademarks, and content supplied by us, is owned by Niyat Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This EULA grants a license, not ownership.

Apple terms

This EULA is between you and Niyat Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Ryce, its content, maintenance, support, or claims related to the app. If Ryce fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Ryce.

You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using Ryce. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA. You may end it at any time by deleting Ryce from your devices. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of Ryce.
