These Terms of Use govern your use of Ryce, provided by Niyat Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using Ryce, you agree to these terms.

Using Ryce

Ryce is a recipe, meal-planning, and cooking companion. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You must provide lawful content and must not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass access controls, or use Ryce to infringe another person’s rights.

AI-generated content

Some Ryce features generate recipe suggestions from information you provide. Generated results can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients, quantities, allergy information, food safety, and cooking instructions before relying on a recipe.

Ryce does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, or professional food-safety advice. Consult an appropriate professional for guidance tailored to you.

Subscriptions and purchases

Ryce may offer optional paid subscriptions or purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Your content

You retain rights in the content you submit to Ryce. You give us a limited right to process that content only to provide and improve the features you request, such as creating a recipe from a photo, link, prompt, or voice input. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Ryce. We aim to keep the app available and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and limits

Ryce is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ryce. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
